This page explains what happens to the information you share through this website. I follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA).

What I collect

When you use the Book a Session form, I collect your name and email, plus anything else you choose to add: phone number, session type, preferred date, location and your message.

Why I collect it

Only to reply to you, give you a quote and arrange your session. I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.

Where it's kept

Your request is saved on this website's hosting server and emailed to me. Only I can see it, through a password-protected login.

How long I keep it

Booking requests are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Who I share it with

No one. I never sell or trade your information. My website host and email provider store it on my behalf. Finished session photos are delivered through Pixieset, an online gallery service with its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This site has no tracking, advertising or analytics. It sets no cookies for visitors. Fonts and images load from this site only, not from other companies.

Photos of you

I only post session photos on this website or social media with your written permission, given on my photo release form. You can ask me to take a photo down at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, using the contact details below. If you're not happy with my answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
